1. What are the requirements to hire a maid?
Ans:
A monthly household income of RM5,000 (Filipino) or RM7,000 (Indonesian) for the purpose of childcare, elderly parent care or to take care of your residence.
2. How long does it take to hire a maid?
Ans:
It takes 2-3 months after maid biodata selection, also subject to government regulations at that time.
3. What is the hiring process? Do I interview the maid?
Ans:
Yes! Your dedicated consultant will share the list of required documents and maid biodatas. Once you've selected your preferred biodata(s), we will arrange videocall interviews at a timeslot of your choice. Once you've decided who to hire - leave the rest to us!

4. How long is the contract period? How long can she work for me?
2 years. You can have unlimited contract renewals subject to mutual employer-maid agreement, subject to the latest government regulations.
