What You Will Do

Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs, utilizing the CRM platform’s functionalities.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

Ensure CRM solutions are scalable, flexible, and can evolve with the organization's growth.

Overseeing the project lifecycle to ensure timely delivery and successful implementation

Regular communication with the CRM development team in China to resolve any technical issues and ensure alignment.

Identify potential risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.

Analyze and optimize CRM processes, workflows, and functionalities to continually improve user adoption and system efficiency.
What You Need:

Having experience in designing and implementing scalable solutions using CRM platforms.

Good understanding of system integrations, APIs, web services, and databases.

Experience using project management tools for planning and tracking progress.

Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating closely with technical staff.

Experience working with CRM systems, particularly B2B and B2C platforms, is preferred.

Must be able to speak, write, and read Chinese, as the products are sourced from China.
