What You Will Do

Manage and coordinate service staff, work schedules, and departmental workload to ensure timely completion of service jobs.

Conduct regular service meetings and coordinate with principals and relevant stakeholders.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with Technical Engineers and other specialists.

Monitor and coordinate the repair or replacement of faulty equipment.

Monitor customer complaints and concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

Verify monthly spare parts forecast and replenishment reports versus stock on hand.

Maintain high customer service standards to achieve customer satisfaction and service excellence.
What You Need:

Possess working technical knowledge in air-conditioners and/or electrical home appliances.

Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Customer-focused with the ability to handle escalations effectively.

Fluent in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Chinese (spoken and written).

Good understanding of service operations, inventory control, and cost management.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick and effective decisions.
