
Our client was established to market and distribute Mitsubishi Heavy Industries residential air conditioners (RAC). They are also the main agent of leading Home HI-FI system such as JBL, Harman-Kardon, Infinity etc. They were awarded the Main Distributorship of Mitsubishi Home Air Conditioners from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd.

What You Will Do

Develop Sales Strategies: Formulate and implement sales plans and strategies to meet revenue targets and expand the customer base on products.

Lead Sales Team: Oversee and guide a team of sales professionals, setting individual and team targets, providing training, and ensuring consistent performance.

Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Sales Development: Drive sales across multiple B2B markets, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.

Negotiation and Closing: Handle high-level negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, and technical support to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
What You Need:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably dealing with distributors or in related industries (e.g., electrical, hardware, or HVAC).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
