What You Will Do

Plan and execute investigations into potential breaches of the Code of Conduct, company policy and relevant laws.

Effectively manage whistleblowers, maintaining the strictest confidence.

Defining scope of the investigation, including Terms of Reference creation and Case file management in Global Helpline (Navex).

Defining investigative approach/plan.
-
Undertake the collection, preservation and analysis of evidence (digital and hard copy) to appropriate court standards.

Review of Electronically Stored Information through defined forensic review tools and conducting witness and subject interviews.

Prepare detailed written reports subject to third party review (civil and/or criminal) and testify as required in legal proceedings and holding stakeholder close-out calls.
What You Need:

Bachelors, and ideally a Masters, in Accounting, Criminal Justice or Law, or equivalent on-the-job experience.

Will have typically ten years’ experience in investigations, including preferably international experience performing investigations.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills combined with the ability to understand complex situations, and handle large amounts of data and cut through to the key elements.

Familiarity with electronic data systems and data collection, working knowledge of forensic data interrogation techniques.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong stakeholder management capability and excellent interpersonal skills at dealing various and demanding levels of management.

Unquestioned honesty and integrity, ability to maintain strict confidentiality, independence, objectivity and standards of professionalism in the conduct and management of investigations.
