Our Client is a Global IT & Business Hub supporting an international logistic company. We are looking for a Senior SAP Support Specialist (FICO) to provide consultation, guidance and problem-solving expertise with respect to complex technical issues. You need to ensure the software applications environment is well developed and maintained with high quality.
As a Service Owner and Recovery Manager, you will need to ensure all agreed targets and Service Level Agreements are met and emergency incidents are managed and resolved within the agreed target resolution times.
Has high level knowledge of SAP FICO Module, services and business processes. SAP experience includes FI/CO Configuration experience in various areas of IMG activities like Organization Structure Elements, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting and Controlling (CCA, Product Costing and CO-PA). Knowledge in Integration FI/CO with SD and MM modules an added advantage.

What You Will Do

Involved in Data Migration, Dry Run and Go-Live Cutover Activities.

Actively participate in hyper care and arrange to get the project documents & knowledge transmission for the newly implanted functionalities.

Maintains procedures and documentation for applications support and Manages application enhancements to improve business performance.

Ensures that appropriate action is taken to anticipate, investigate and resolve problems in systems and services and are fully documented within the relevant reporting system(s).

Assesses and analyses release components, provides input to scheduling, carries out the builds and tests in coordination with Solution Delivery team.

Ensures that service delivery meets agreed service levels and creates and maintains a catalogue of available services.

Expert in Systems Development / Maintenance and/or technical Integration / Migration.
What You Need:

You will need a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience.

At least 5 years working experience in performing L2 application support in SAP, particularly in SAP FICO.

Express Business Processes knowledge is preferable to be able to contribute significantly to strategic discussions with business partners/customer.

Must be able to provide 24x7 on-call support on a rotational basis during the weekend and also prepare to work during public holidays.

Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work conceptually, with strong customers and end- users focus.
