Our Client is an IT solutions & services provider specializing in Connectivity & Communications solutions (network, security, VOIP, IPPBX, SIP services) and Management Tools (IT service management and customer engagement solutions).
Strong skills in managing contract renewals, customer retention, upselling and cross-selling, CRM tracking, and coordinating with internal teams, with the ability to handle sales enquiries, meet targets, and ensure seamless service continuity.

What You Will Do

Manage renewal contracts for existing customers: Connectivity / SIP Trunking / CPaaS / Managed services / ITSM.

Track contract expiry dates and initiate renewal discussions early.

Maintain accurate records in CRM: Customer data / Opportunity status / Renewal dates / Forecast updates.

Handle inbound sales enquiries from: Website leads / Marketing campaigns / Existing customer requests.

Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts.

Improve customer retention rate and recurring revenue stability.

Escalate complex or large opportunities to BDM hunters when required.
What You Need:

At least 1–2 years' experience in Inside sales / Sales coordination / Account support / Tele-sales (B2B preferred).

Experience in IT, telco, cloud, or managed services is an advantage.

Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Good negotiation and objection-handling skills.

Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
