Our client is a Regional Delivery Centre (RDC) that centralizes IT supply capabilities in the Asia Pacific region to deliver an exceptional customer experience. With the continuous business expansion, they are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join their team to develop and implementing strategies and procedures covering IT Governance, Transition, and Vendor Management.

What You Will Do

Implement IT Governance frameworks, policies, and procedures making sure it’s aligned with Allianz Global standards.

Provide guidance, support, and training to teams on IT Governance frameworks, policies, and procedures. Craft IT Governance forums / service reviews with RDC Stakeholders.

Define strategies on vendor onboarding. Establish and monitor vendor performance against agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and drive continuous improvement. Develop and implement strategies to optimize vendor relationships and drive value for the organization.

Develop and maintain a vendor governance framework to ensure effective communication and collaboration with vendors. Ensure vendor compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements,
and industry standards.

Partner with vendors on defining transition approach and service levels to measure effectiveness of the transition

Coordinate with internal teams to minimize disruptions during the transition period.

What You Need:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master's Degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) preferred.

Proven track record in IT Governance, running Transitions and Vendor Management.

Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Strategic mindset with the ability to align strategies with organizational goals.
