Our client is a Regional Delivery Centre (RDC) that centralizes IT supply capabilities in the Asia Pacific region to deliver an exceptional customer experience. With the continuous business expansion, they are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join their Transition Management Office based in Kuala Lumpur.

At least 2-3 years PMO experience with good ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

What You Will Do

Work closely with the program manager and Transition Management Office to ensure that project milestones and deliverables are tracked & met within the established timelines.

Provide administrative assistance to the program team, including but not limited to maintaining project documentation, preparing reports, and managing Microsoft Teams channels.

Schedule and organize meetings involving stakeholders across company's entities, including C-level stakeholders. Ensure that all necessary participants are invited, and that meeting logistics are well-organized.

Take comprehensive meeting minutes, capturing key discussion points, action items, and decisions made during meetings. Distribute the minutes in a timely manner and follow up on action items as needed.

Works to find and deal with project risks, making sure that potential problems are found and fixed on time.

Managing project dependencies, making sure that projects are set up in the right order and that resources are available when they are needed.

Develop and implement strategies for enhancing project quality and efficiency.

What You Need:

At least 2-3 years of experience in PMO.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

Experience in coordinating meetings and managing administrative tasks within a fast-paced project environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint
