With expansion plans, they are looking for Product Executives to take on and drive product supply chain excellence. What You Will Do

(1) Demand Forecast
- Prepare annual forecast to principals to secure products for the year.
- Prepare monthly demand forecast and raise POs to principals.

(2) Inventory Forecast
- Inventory forecast for basic & promotional SKUs.
- Monitor product movement v/s stock forecast to maintain optimum stock levels.
- Liaise with principal’s logistics on shipping schedule and track arrival of shipments.
- Work closely with Key Account Manager to keep track of customer’s promotional budget and International Key Account Customized
Programmed Annual Plan to ensure sufficient inventories.

(3) Marketing & Promotional Budget
- Work closely with principal on allocation on marketing budget to formulate effective promotion plans.
- Work out trade budgets for activities and programmes.
- Identify, develop and evaluate promotional strategy based on retailer characteristics.
- Work with media agencies for above the line (ATL) using magazine and print.
- Track budgets to ensure no overutilization or underutilization.

(4) In Store Trade Promotion Planning
- Conceptualize and execute below the line (BTL) activities.
- Liaise with agencies to develop POSM to enhance in-store product
- Take charge of premium sourcing for trade promotion use.

(5) Sales Support
• Monitor product movement in retail and food service.
• Take charge of price quotation, tender or contract (food service) and promotion cost activation.

(6) Analysis & Reports
- Prepare monthly sales report, such as monthly brand performance report by category SKU.
- Provide analytical support to principal on market share, competitor activity.

Work closely with sales and product teams to drive product distribution excellence throughout the supply chain.

What You Need:

Candidate should possess at least a Diploma or Degree.

Minimum required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Ideally at least 2 years’ experience as Product Executive or similar, preferably Executives specializing in Sales – FMCG or equivalent.

Have experience or demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.

Possess good people-skills and enjoys working with others.

Added advantage: competency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese language.
