What You Will Do

Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, templates, and best practices.

Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Monitor and report on project portfolio performance, timelines, risks, budgets, and resource utilization.

Serve as a key point of contact for senior leadership, providing insights on portfolio health and strategic alignment.

Develop and manage the PMO roadmap, focusing on continuous improvement and maturity.

Drive governance and compliance with internal processes and external regulatory requirements.

Facilitate project prioritization processes in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
What You Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).

5+ years of experience in project/program management, with at least 2 years in a PMO leadership role.

Experience managing complex portfolios in cross-functional, global environments.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Power BI).

Candidates with PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.

Able to work Indonesia Work hours.
