The Network Analyst role within Connectivity SOM organization will work closely with Technical Engineering Team and Support Partners focusing on control and assurance including validation, analysis and remediation of data & alerts associated with Connectivity assets within central network tools and databases.

What You Will Do

Analyze the data and alerts from the network tool and PowerBI reports.

Understand the type of errors that triggering the alerts (ServiceNow, TACACs, network configuration, DNS, scanning issue).

Coordinate and work with the responsible support teams to remediate the issues causing the alerts.

Focal point for data quality exception registrations in ServiceNow.

To validate against design standards and project documentation if the requested Data Quality exception is true.

To verify project delivered registrations with actual discovered data, including Diagrams, site registration, CMDB and discovery engines.

To verify if network device interface descriptions meet minimal standard compliance, apply and or request network changes to align them.
What You Need:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

At least 5+ years of telecoms experience.

Certifications would be an added advantage: CCT Routing & Switching, CCNA or equivalent.

Good knowledge of TCP/IP and Cisco switching/routing technologies.

Good operational knowledge and experience using ServiceNow tool (for incident, request, and configuration modules).

Excellent communicator in English.
