What You Will Do
-
This position involves Mechanical Engineering, Design, Analysis and prototyping of new products and associated testing and assembly equipment.

There is an emphasis on pneumatic, mechanical and electro-mechanical components/assemblies.

You will carry out design works via SolidWorks (or equivalent software) and perform mechanical analysis or flow simulation.

You will work collaboratively and effectively in a fast paced environment as a member of a cross functional team and as an individual contributor.

You will participate in hands-on prototyping, fabrication, testing, and analysis work (static, dynamic, thermal).

You will write and maintain technical operation documentation.

You will stay abreast with the latest relevant technological advancements and contribute positively towards product and process improvements.
What You Need:

Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and presentation.

Strong knowledge base in Mechanical Engineering (Design and Analysis).

Proficiency in Design software ideally, Solidworks, with demonstrated proficiency in performing Mechanical Simulation and Analysis.

Proficiency in Tolerance studies, experience in the design, analysis and prototyping of mechanisms. Hands-on skills (prototyping, fabrication, testing), and analysis (static, dynamic, thermal).

Knowledge of manufacturing techniques, their capabilities, strengths and weaknesses. Prior assembly or shop experience is a plus.
