What You Will Do

Develop and manage comprehensive Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Data based on the business requirements, user stories, or functional/ technical specifications.

Execute various testing types, including smoke, functional, non-functional, system, integration, and end-to-end tests according to test plan.

Ensure test cases provide full coverage of business logic and requirements.

Ensure that all testing is executed systematically, and all issues are logged, tracked, and re-tested.

Ensure that all test deliverables are well-documented, maintain, and comply with company procedures and standards.

Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives (if working in Agile) to provide testing insights and updates.

Provide training or mentoring to junior testers or new team members.
What You Need:

Minimum of 5-6 years of hands-on testing experience, preferably in Agile environments.

Expertise in test management and defect management, with strong knowledge of both functional and non-functional testing.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical teams.

Proficiency in testing tools such as SauceLabs, Jira, Postman, and SoapUI.

Strong experience in API testing, SQL, and database querying.

Familiarity with the General and Life insurance domains (preferred).
