The center plays a pivotal role in supporting digital transformation by overseeing IT services, applications, and infrastructure, while also delivering technical support, system integration, cloud solutions, and data management services.

What You Will Do

Provide second-level support for application-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to applications, including functionality, performance, and configuration.

Perform root cause analysis by examining logs, application data, system performance, and user interactions.

Monitor application performance, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting optimizations.

Writing clear and detailed documentation outlining troubleshooting procedures, solutions, and best practices.

Ensure proper access control and security protocols are followed to protect sensitive application data.

Manage and track application-related incidents and service requests through IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
What You Need:

Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Strong experience with application troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance optimization

Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and analyzing application data.

Understanding of user access levels, privileges, and the ability to troubleshoot permission-related issues.

Ability to document technical procedures and solutions clearly for non-technical users.

Familiarity with scripting languages and experience with cloud platforms and application monitoring tools is a plus.
