Our client is a Regional Delivery Centre (RDC) that centralizes IT supply capabilities in the Asia Pacific region to deliver an exceptional customer experience. With the continuous business expansion, they are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join their team to develop and implementing strategies and procedures covering IT Governance, Transition, and Vendor Management.
Experienced in project management documents such as tender preparation, presentation, proposal, project update, reports, stakeholders, issues, and risk management.

What You Will Do

Prompt coordination with business units, technical team, governance team and service provider on project implementation plan.

Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and to provide direction and support to project team.

Identify and report project issues, slippage of tasks or milestone and project risks and facilitate timely resolution.

Eliminate impediments and actively address issues so that the team can remain focused on achieving the objectives of the project.

Provides timely reports on project status, budget spending, risks and issues to enable early visibility into project performance for better decision making by the authorized person or committee.

Manage project changes, ensuring any changes to the project baseline are managed through change request and all impacts are considered.

​
Adopt an agile and flexible approach to work and an outstanding level of professionalism and conduct. Management and coordination of all cross-functional initiatives with organizational impact.
What You Need:

Minimum Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Engineering or any related field.

​
At least 5 year(s) of working experience as a Project Manager in the related field.

​
Experienced in IT and software development lifecycle is an added advantage.

Team-player attitude, with strong interpersonal skills.

​
Critical thinker with ability to analyze and synthesize information.

Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (written and oral).
