What You Will Do

Lead and manage projects to ensure alignment with defined scope, objectives, schedules, and budgets.

Oversee multiple interdependent workstreams, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely reporting.

Engage with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, changes, and risks. Understand business requirements, propose value-adding ideas, and maintain open communication with internal teams and external vendors.

Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and senior leadership, including the preparation of approval documentation for project initiatives.

Oversee Change Management procedures and ensure thorough project documentation.

​
Lead project teams through Site Acceptance Test (SAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Plan and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove team impediments, and coach teams on Agile best practices.
What You Need:

Bachelor's Degree with honours in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and implementing software projects.

​
Proficient in both Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies.

​
Strong capability in project tracking and performance monitoring.

​
Certified in PMP / Scrum Master practices.

​
Prior experience in the ITSM, ITAM, ITOM deployment is preferred.
