Our Client is an IT solutions & services provider specializing in Connectivity & Communications solutions (network, security, VOIP, IPPBX, SIP services) and Management Tools (IT service management and customer engagement solutions).
The IT PM will be taking on the role to manage implementation and migration from old ticketing tool to new ticketing tool for an established IT and shared services center. This is an exciting role that will include managing both local and global stakeholders. You will work in a dynamic team of SME and bring best PM industry-practices to ensure successful rollout.

What You Will Do

Drive end-to-end project delivery and implementation by engaging stakeholders to strategies, formulate and execute plans, adhering to quality standards.

Lead cross functional team to ensure projects meeting requirements, deadlines and schedules using Agile/Scrum SDLC

Continually look to improve project management process to accommodate rapidly changing business needs

Lead and facilitate change request to ensure stakeholders are informed on the impacts on schedule and budget

Able to handle and manage stakeholders in SIT/UAT test planning, test strategy development, test case preparation, test resource planning, test execution progress tracking, defects management

Strong ability to negotiate and solve challenges with different levels across diverse background to achieve productive solutions and outcomes

Interact with project members and share knowledge and experience for team development
What You Need:

At least a tertiary level qualification in Engineering, Computer Science or the equivalent experience.

At least 3 years of IT project management (software) experience.

PMP, Prince2 or any equivalent project management certification is preferred

Experience in managing software related projects or topics e.g. implementation or migration.

Experience in managing ITSM System would be an added advantage.

Excellent communicator and able to take a lead or support role based on project requirements.
