Our Client is listed on Bursa Malaysia and is a provider of end-to-end electronic payment (“e-Payment”) solutions for banks and financial institutions, merchants and card issuers with operations in Malaysia. They design and develop end-to-end Fintech Services and Non-Fintech Services. In line with company growth, they are seeking an IT PMO (Senior) to take on the exciting role to ensure projects are completed successfully & efficiently!

What You Will Do
-
Execute small to large scale IT application projects or programs implementation, and
actively manage all phases of the project according to the Standard Project Delivery
methodology.

Prepare & maintain project quality & risks plans and track progress against the plans, providing regular progress reports to the Customer and line management, as appropriate.

Establish project cost budgets, timeline and resource requirements for the successful
completion of each project, to the agreed terms of reference.

Ensure all projects activities & deliverables are aligned to the business requirements, and that solutions are deployed in line with the approved architecture & standards.

Manage change control procedure by gaining agreement for revision to the project from
project sponsors.

Undertake and execute other tasks as assigned by Project Manager.

Ensure after project go live or successful implementation, the services no issues and
smooth services to client. Consistently monitor and attend to customer feedback and resolve reported issues.
What You Need:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred or equivalent cert/experience.

Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Strong interpersonal skills and resourceful.
-
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlines scope, budget, and timeline.

Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
