
Our Client is a truly global shared services centre based in Kuala Lumpur supporting the world’s first and only fullstream provider of integrated oilfield products, services and digital solutions.
This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to support production processes, system integrations and enhancement projects in the Travel and Expense (T&E) domain. Responsibilities will predominantly consist of production support of T&E systems integrations, coordination of system maintenance, and testing integration/system enhancements and upgrades.

What You Will Do

Production Support: Assist with troubleshooting issues related to Travel & Expense systems by investigating problems, contacting vendors, and engaging internal DT and functional teams. Ensure timely resolution and compliance with service-level agreements.

System Maintenance/Upgrades: Assist with testing and implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.

Reporting: Assist with weekly/monthly reporting processes in Concur and OneDrive.

Process Improvements: Collaborate with colleagues to identify potential process improvements to increase efficiencies and meet changing organizational demands.

Projects: Assist with creating/updating documentation, developing test scripts, coordinating test execution, and supporting system integration/user acceptance testing, deployment, and go-live support.

Demonstrate the ability to build strong customer relationships and considers customer point-of-view when responding to reported issues.

Learn new tasks and adjust responsibilities as needed to achieve team priorities.
What You Need:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Computer Science/Information Systems.

A minimum of 1 year of experience as application analyst, IT business analyst, or similar role.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills – effectively evaluates information/data to resolve complex issues.

Strong communication skills – collaborates well with others to solve problems and communicates in a clear and effective manner.

Experienced in problem/incident management and full lifecycle system support.

Plus(es): experience in quality assurance, control, and compliance processes, and/or with Travel & Expense processes/systems a plus.
