
Our client is a multinational oil and gas energy company that provides solutions for energy and industrial customers worldwide. In line with their business requirements, they are seeking a HR Specialist – Payroll and Benefits to manage end-to-end payroll processes, administer employee benefits programs, and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

What You Will Do

End to end payroll processing for Vietnam & Korea

Managing service delivery metrics and/or third-party supplier performance in relation to the assigned process(s)

Providing advice on complex questions/requests from employees, businesses and HR partners

Maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness and quality to ensure compliance with relevant legal and company policy requirements

Participating in internal, external payroll and benefits audits Preparation of year-end reporting & associated statistics

Good communication skills and payroll operation practice

Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll data
What You Need:

Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field

2–3 years of payroll experience

Knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, or local payroll software)

Hands-on experience with Korea and/or Vietnam payroll processes is an added advantage.

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliation)

Good communication skills
