Our client is a Regional Delivery Centre (RDC) that centralizes IT supply capabilities in the Asia Pacific region to deliver an exceptional customer experience. With the continuous business expansion, they are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Business Partner to join their People Function Team based in Kuala Lumpur.

What You Will Do

  • ​

You will lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, develop, and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, and collaborate with departmental managers to fulfil staffing needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and company culture.

  • ​

You will also be responsible for driving and executing the delivery of HR Solutions.

  • ​

Act as strategic partner and key contact to the respective line managers and business leaders on Recruitment, HR tasks, processes and tools and actively foster awareness of relevant interdependencies.

  • ​

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, provide guidance on candidate profiles, and ensure a high-quality selection process.

  • ​

Provide support for the business regarding HR processes, e.g. rewards, performance, grading, talent, development, annual compensation/performance reviews.

  • ​

Collaborate with the wider HR team both locally, regionally and globally.

  • ​

Preparation of monthly reports, quarterly reports for submissions to local authorities, Group and local management team.

What You Need:

  • ​

5 to 7 years of experience in HR (including several years as a HR business partner), preferably in a global organization.

  • ​

Familiar with Malaysia labour law.

  • ​

Prior experience in SuccessFactors, HRFlex preferred.

  • ​

Proficiency in recruitment, knowledge of HRMS systems and emerging recruitment tools. Excellent in reporting.

  • ​

Strategic talent acquisition expertise, stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, team management.

  • ​

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
