Our Client is a Global IT & Business Hub supporting an international logistic company. We are looking for a ServiceNow Analyst to be part of the consolidated ServiceNow Centre of Competence within the Platform Support & Innovation department.
As a DevOps Analyst, having ServiceNow certification(s) and expertise in the ServiceNow Customer Service Module is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools will also be an integral part of this role.

What You Will Do

Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow Customer Service Module to meet organizational needs.

Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automating the deployment of changes, updates, and customizations to the ServiceNow platform.

Collaborate with developers and business units to design, develop, and implement custom solutions and workflows within the Customer Service Module.

Integrate ServiceNow with other relevant tools, applications, and systems to create a seamless customer service ecosystem.

Maintain security standards and compliance within the ServiceNow environment, ensuring data privacy and access controls.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes.

Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and performance of the Customer Service Module, ensuring a high level of quality and reliability.
What You Need:

Very good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

Technical Experience in SERVICENOW topics such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists etc.

Good understanding of scripting languages (e.g., Javascript), familiarity with web technologies and knowledge of security and compliance standards relevant to ServiceNow.

Positive attitude, commitment to teamwork and sensitivity to cultural differences.

Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment to achieve goals and deadlines..

Have knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
