They are looking for skilled Thai Speakers to take on the exciting role as Customer Service - Delivery Assurance for their Thailand business. This is a growing department and role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training is provided!

What You Will Do

You will be the primary contact point for the haulers to advise truck drivers of necessary amendments to plan.

You will manage deviation from plan, i.e. process in GSAP any post schedule amendments to the shift: Left on board, plant/depot change, load quantity changes, compartment changes, trip sequence change, vehicle change, orders scheduled not delivered.

Handle customer enquiries to change/amend orders, evaluate the real need and feasibility for scheduling changes, and liaise with scheduling team where appropriate.

Collecting performance data, and feedback to Analyst for improvements.

Ensure inventory system data quality.

Provide feedback of changes to planned shipments to scheduling team.

Ensure documentation and filing is accurate, up to date and accessible.

What You Need:

A diploma or bachelor degree.

Fluent written and spoken Thai language skills.

Good English language skills.

Good prioritization skills.

Good problem-solving ability.

A good attitude with willingness to learn and contribute towards team goals.

Up to RM 4,650 inclusive allowances.
