Our Client builds the connectivity applications and infrastructure for the exchange of transaction information, linking up key players in the healthcare sector such as doctors, patients, government organizations, corporates & insurers to bring about a seamless and efficient management of healthcare services.

What You Will Do

Attend to inbound calls in a more professional manner and provide information about products and services as required by the customer.

Keep records of interactions and details of customer inquiries, complaints, and comments.

Ensure the customer’s requests are attended to accordingly.

Liaise with respective team to have quick and efficient resolution of customer issues/queries.

Adhere to escalation procedures of handling customer concerns at all times.

​
Provide excellent service to all our customers at all times.

​
Candidate with knowledge in medical background is added advantage.
What You Need:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in any field.

Able to communicate well in both English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Computer literate and internet savvy.

Able to work in fast paced environment, independent, customer focused, result oriented & disciplined.

Willingness to work late/on shift as or when required.

Adhere with the 24/7 Call Centre operation, scheduling and possess own transport.
