With a workforce of more than 350 dedicated employees comprising of Engineers as well as R&D, technical and customer service personnel make-up half of the skilled staff, they are looking for a Cloud Integration Specialist to take on integrating new cloud services (applications and infrastructure) into the organization’s portfolio of internal systems and existing cloud services. You will collaborate with technology partners and external providers to understand new cloud services and integration technologies and their implications. This is a hands-on role, requiring experience in the design, deployment, and management of Cloud infrastructure providers (e.g Azure, AWS, etc.).

What You Will Do

Collects and defines requirements, translates into functional design documents and participates in the technical design, test planning and user documentation processes.

Participates in integration efforts between line-of-business systems.

You will work with technical teams and senior architects to finalize specifications related to integration between numerous systems.

You will work with users and peers in planning, developing, implementing, and supporting new or existing applications.

Delivery of overall functionality and project delivery, & organization and execution of deployment (including cloud deployment), maintenance and administration of virtualization environments (including cloud).

You will apply broad knowledge of technology options, technology platforms, design techniques, and
approaches across the app life cycle phases to design an integrated solution to address business requirements, and provide a broad understanding of platforms, IT Cloud infrastructure and underlying technologies at OS, and infrastructure levels.

Support and fix issues related to deployment and tool administration.
What You Need:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related IT system’s curriculum or equivalent experience in IT systems implementation / Hardware and Software Environments / Heterogeneous systems environments.

Ideally experience in on-premise migration or Cloud migration infrastructure exercises.

Knowledgeable in UNIX or LINUX systems.

Virtualization/Cloud technologies (KVM, XEN, containers, micro services (dockers).

Experience in integration of computing equipment (Servers), network equipment (IP Switches, Routers, Load
Balancers), storage systems.

Added advantage: experience in Platform as a Service (PaaS) or Database as a Service (DaaS)
