They are seeking dedicated Business Analysts to support the Asia Oceania & Qatar region Portfolio Planner in the planning, execution and closeout of their required tasks.
A strong communicator with at least 3 years of experience in an Analyst or similar role; preferably in strategic planning, PMO or project management
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power points and good in numbers

What You Will Do

Support the production of required documents for the Portfolio Plan, including but not limited to material preparation for the review meeting and to ensure all strategy notes are in place for all planned projects.

Perform data collection, data analysis, prepare presentation material, database updating related to portfolio planning.

To act as a liaison between Property & Lease Management Team, PMO and Portfolio Managers

Project progress tracking against sustainability objectives

Stay updated to internal key business drivers, targets, and organization changes, as well as the external RE factors influencing performance and strategy and add value by sharing those insights throughout the engagement.

Promote implementation of continuous business improvement including but not limited to providing feedback related to data accuracy on RE Business Performance Dashboard, Sustainability dashboard, RADAR etc.

Support initiatives carry out by the Strategy Team i.e. Roadshow, Future Planning,
What You Need:
-
3 - 5 years' experience in Real Estate, Finance, Analytics, Consultancy related field, preferably in strategic planning, programme office or project management

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills – effectively evaluates information/data to to provide useful conclusion/report.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written using different mediums.

Skilled in being able to work independently across different organizational boundaries in a globally and virtual environment.

Strong ability as a team player whereby you will require good coordination skills between various functions and departments.

Mastery in Excel, Powerpoint and willing to learn new tools
