Our Client is listed on Bursa Malaysia and is a provider of end-to-end electronic payment (“e-Payment”) solutions for banks and financial institutions, merchants and card issuers with operations in Malaysia. They design and develop end-to-end Fintech Services and Non-Fintech Services. In line with company growth, they are seeking fresh graduates to those with up to 3 years' experience in Java application support. Guidance and training are provided with a chance to be involved in exciting digitalization projects at the forefront of the industry!

What You Will Do

Carry out monitoring and maintaining day to day operation and escalate reported fault/bug to developer/respective individual/team members.

Provide guidance to staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.

To provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.

Perform trouble shooting by following diagrams and written instructions/SOP (Standard
Operation Procedure) to resolve fault reported by Customer Service and Customer

To support the roll-out of new applications and documentation and resolve fault/bug using programming skills.

To respond within agreed, SLA (Service License Agreement) time limits to call-outs

Work closely with Customer Services/ Operation Team / Finance Team / Sales Team and Software
Developer Team

What You Need:

Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree, Diploma or Professional certification in Computer Science/Engineering or related.

Fresh graduates applicants are encouraged to apply. Structured training & guidance is provided.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Knowledge in Java and SQL query is an advantage.

Self-reliant, independent and a team-player, ensuring the support team aware of the deliverables and service levels.

Willing to work standby on night support (rotational weekly basis)
