What You Will Do

You will interact with distributors and customers in China, Taiwan, and Japan region to analyze their needs, determine appropriate applications solutions for Pressure Relief (PR) Control System to fulfill the customer’s specific needs.

Evaluate customer operating conditions and selects the appropriate product for the application.

Prepare and submit Engineering Service requests for items requiring new or updated
Engineering drawings and procedures in Salesforce.

Maintain detailed knowledge of the company products, applications, services, prices, policies and procedures. Besides, maintain knowledge of the competitor’s product mix and industry standards related to pressure relief such as ASME, API, PED etc.

Responsible for product troubleshooting and evaluation to resolve product performance issues. Participate in product evaluation, preparing written reports documenting evaluation results, and works with supervisors to determine best method to communicate information to the sales channel and / or customer.

Identify through new or existing applications for market development and product development.

Provide quote cost/throughput analysis report to the management, and perform contracts review on quote/order/projects requiring for formal review prior quotation/order acceptance and release of order to manufacturing.
What You Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering or related studies

Knowing to operate Auto-CAD is an added advantage.

Strong foundation in engineering principles related to control system, electronics circuit and pressure related circuit.

Able to speak well in Mandarin and English. Ability to speak in other dialects i.e Cantonese will be an added advantage.

Keen learner with desire for rapid growth.

Prior client-facing experience will be an added advantage
