Our Client is an IT solutions & services provider specializing in Infrastructure (network, security and IP Telephony) and Management Tools (IT service management and customer engagement solutions). In line with their business expansion plans, they are looking for a Lead/Senior Voice Network Engineer. You will work closely with business partners, customers & IT team.
Extensive knowledge in designing and deploying enterprise solution architecture, coordinating installations and migrations, and managing SLAs for telephony applications.

What You Will Do

Meeting with Clients to determine networking needs & requirements, and analyzing existing VoIP networks and systems.

Developing architecture plans for voice and data services.

Developing architecture plans for voice and data services.

Installing & overseeing network hardware modules including IP and PBX communication servers.

Driving end-to-end technical solutions, and designing and implementing voice networking systems.

Analyzing and upgrading network security systems and protocols, and optimizing network installations.

Ensure successful & timely client project deliveries.
What You Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field.

Previous experience working as a Voice Network Engineer or equivalent with in-depth knowledge of VoIP systems and IP Protocols.

Knowledge of hardware systems related to Voice/Telephony technologies including servers, memory modules, processors, and peripherals.

Detailed knowledge of networking systems and software.

Good project management skills.

Familiarity with WAN and LAN systems.
