Our Client is an IT solutions & services provider specializing in Connectivity & Communications solutions (network, security, VOIP, IPPBX, SIP services) and Management Tools (IT service management and customer engagement solutions). In line with their rapid business expansion plans, they are looking for Voice Engineers. This is an exciting role where you will work closely with business partners, customers & IT team.
Experience in voice network engineering principles covering hardware & software installation, configuration and management of VoIP/IP PBX/IP PABX systems. Exemplary fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

What You Will Do

You will handle installing, configuring, and supporting VoIP solutions and projects.

Analyze existing VoIP networks and computer systems.

Installing network hardware modules including IP and PBX communication servers.

Provide Level-1/2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.

Analyzing and upgrading network security systems and protocols.
-
Troubleshooting VoIP network issues.
-
Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to determine their networking needs and requirements.
What You Need:

Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering, preferably Network, Telecommunication.

Network certification will be added advantage (Cisco, Network+).

For experienced candidates, you should have experience and knowledge working with VoIP systems and IP Protocols and/or basic Routing/Switching/Wireless.

Knowledgeable in basic network security e.g. IPSEC, TACACS+.

Knowledge of hardware systems including servers, memory modules, processors, and peripherals.

Familiarity with WAN and LAN systems and excellent troubleshooting skills.
