Our Client is an IT solutions & services provider specializing in Connectivity & Communications solutions (network, security, VOIP, IPPBX, SIP services) and Management Tools (IT service management and customer engagement solutions). In line with their rapid business expansion plans, they are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager. This is a senior position where you will work closely with business partners, customers & IT team and take on responsibility for maintaining strong customer relationships and improving services to maintain customer satisfaction. Priority is given to immediate joiners due to upcoming project start date.

What You Will Do

Monitoring and managing desktop support, IT services desk, and VIP support functions to ensure optimal service.

Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary.

Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews.

Providing accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery.

Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.

Managing finances and budgets.

Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.

What You Need:

A bachelor's degree in IT or a business-related field.

Experience in Service Delivery from telecommunications industry.

Strong customer-facing skills, project management, and good resource planning skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written using different mediums.

Basic knowledge of ITIL processes for service delivery.

Added advantage: Network Operations Centre (NOC) experience.
