They are seeking exceptional Senior Engineer, Service Desk candidates who are passionate about people and playing the critical role as first point of contact and problem resolution. Korean language competency is required to properly support the customer group & more.

What You Will Do

Play the important role as first point of contact and effectively resolve L1 helpdesk queries.

Ensure appropriate and up-to-date documentation of the interaction and statuses on the customer’s accounts.

Execute transactions following prescribed business operations guidelines in timely manner.

Build customer confidence and trust by resolving customers’ issues thoroughly & efficiently.

Ensure customer/user confidentiality and data protection at all times.

Take ownership and route higher level customer issues to the 2nd level internal IT support staff and ensure proper follow-ups and resolutions are achieved.

You will work closely with clients to troubleshoot technical issues over the phone or by accessing PCs remotely.

What You Need:

A degree / diploma or the equivalent experience is required.

Technical knowledge/expertise to support technical help related queries and troubleshooting with ideally a minimum 1 year experience in a L1 helpdesk / tech support process providing technical remote support.

Possess Communication and Customer Service Skills e.g. active listening and questioning.

Display Ownership and accountability and able to quickly build trust and confidence with customers.

Excellent comprehension and articulation skills, with excellent communication skills verbal and written.

Able to communicate professionally using Korean Language.

Up to RM7,500 per month + RM1,000++ in Allowances

Rotating 12 hours shift for 4 days duty followed by 4 days off.
