Our Client is an IT solutions & services provider specializing in Connectivity & Communications solutions (network, security, VOIP, IPPBX, SIP services) and Management Tools (IT service management and customer engagement solutions). In line with their rapid business expansion plans, they are looking for Network Engineers. This is an exciting role where you will work closely with business partners, customers & IT team.

What You Will Do

You will handle installing, configuring, and supporting network solutions and projects (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)

You are responsible for ensuring that networks have maximum uptime, providing fast and reliable connections for clients.

Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.

Provide Level-1/2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.

Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability, and monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.

Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.

Work as a team, liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for project deliveries and problem resolutions.
What You Need:

Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering, preferably Network, Telecommunication.

Network certification will be added advantage (Cisco, Network+).

For experienced candidates, you should have experience working with Routing (protocol OSPF, BGP, EBGP), Switches, and/or Wireless.

Knowledgeable in basic network security e.g. IPSEC, TACACS+.

Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools.

Willing to travel to client sites when needed (travelling will be compensated)
