Our Client was incorporated in 1960 and is listed on the Main Main Market of Bursa Securities. They produce up to 120,000 barrels per day and are the second largest refinery in Malaysia. Operating in Port Dickson, they boast a growing team of 500 employees. In line with business requirements, they are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Manager as part of continuous improvement drives. You will take on the critical and exciting role of driving HR excellence in the company.

What You Will Do

Deliver the annual pay benchmarking process for the company. This includes the processes for data submission to external surveys, market analysis and developing pay outcomes which are supported by the company.

A custodian of HR policies, processes & systems, support HR Manager in driving performance excellence within the company.

Articulates Performance, Reward & Benefits philosophy and objectives to others and understands the rationale and their impact on performance to drive business results.

Lead and drive the design, engagement strategy, implementation and maintenance of local HR policies, programs and processes in the pay and benefits area.

Lead local policy review. Identify continuous improvement opportunities and drive initiatives and projects to take advantage of them.

Ensure assurance, compliance and governance for all local policies and benefit packages with the country’s policies.

Develop, plan and execute people programmes & to leverage employee-employer engagement contribution towards employee performance, productivity and commitment.

What You Need:

Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.

Experienced HR professional (5 years min), with significant exposure to delivery of Performance, Reward & Benefits policies and processes in the business.

Able to work with numerous and concurrent deadlines to deliver solutions.

Must have strong interpersonal and client relationship skills. Be a team player.

Able to operate effectively with internal customers and colleagues in a virtual environment, as well as with 3rd party service providers.

Able to hold ground in discussion with senior stakeholders on pay policies and decisions.
