Basic knowledge on Public Cloud such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure or any commercial Cloud platform, and basic knowledge on Private Cloud in terms of vCloud Director, vROPS, VMware, Edge Gateway.

What You Will Do

You will work with Operations Manager to ensure smooth cloud operations for global users.

Work with Operations Manager in adhering to Managed Cloud platforms operational standards, processes and guidelines that are in line with industry standards and best practice.

You will be involved in technical planning, implementation and delivery for enhancement projects.

Develop and review test cases for the service, and perform system and service testing to roll-out new related products and services.

System and Platform Patch loading, implementation of software and hardware upgrades.

Perform and coordinate disaster recovery activity expeditiously in times of service disruptions so as to minimize service downtime and revenue loss.

Work closely with Operations Manager to continue improving Managed Cloud platforms to align with the latest best practices in the industry.
What You Need:

A degree or diploma or equivalent in ICT or Computer Science.

Basic knowledge on Public Cloud such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure or any commercial Cloud platform, and basic knowledge on Private Cloud in terms of vCloud Director, vROPS, VMware, Edge Gateway.

Optional: Server/Virtualization experience e.g. virtualization technology, Apps Servers, System Management Skills, Converged Hyper Appliances.

Optional: Storage and Backup, Network and Security, Operational Support

Operations Management (e.g. change management, problem management, incident management and etc).

Vendor management skills.

1st & 3rd week : 4 days work, 3 days off,
2nd & 4th week : 3 days work, 4 days off,
Shift Hours : Day (8.00am - 8.00pm), Night (8.00pm - 8.00am)
