Our client is a global leader in real estate services, serving real estate owners, investors, and occupiers through over 400 offices worldwide. The company provides strategic advice and execution across various services, including property sales and leasing, corporate services, property, facilities, and project management, mortgage banking, appraisal and valuation, development services, investment management, and research and consulting.

What You Will Do

Provide guidance and motivation to BDMs and BUSCs in conducting client research to enhance relationship-building efforts.

Assist in the preparation of materials for meetings and presentations aimed at prospective clients.

Take the lead or offer support in coordinating country events, contributing to content creation, themes, and material development.

Collaborate with the Strategic Development Lead to assist BDMs and BUSCs in expanding and growing vertical markets.

Ensure the submission of high-quality RFI questionnaires.

Work closely with the sales team to oversee the proposal process from its initiation to submission.

Offer support to BUSCs in building confidence through coaching, proposal writing training, and creating personal development plans, while also partnering with the Sales Director and Strategic Development Lead to improve processes and knowledge across the country.

What You Need:

Strong bid writing and editing skills are essential. Previous bid writing and management experience in a sales environment is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Familiarity with SharePoint, InDesign, SmartSheet, and Salesforce is beneficial.

Experience in a bid management and/or sales environment.

Experience in writing and managing proposals.

Comfortable working with a diverse range of people and stakeholders.

Flexibility to work beyond regular office hours when necessary to meet tight customer deadlines. Occasional travel may be required for team meetings, site visits, or to attend conferences or events.
