Analyst (SAP RtP, Masterdata)

They are focused on driving excellent corporate performance in Human Resource, Finance Operations, Customer Operations, Supply Chain (Order to Delivery), Contracting and Procurement, Legal Services Global Operations and Creative Solutions. They are seeking for an Analyst to ensure Retail Network Development (Planning and Real Estate) project phasing and execution activities are in order and compliance to Network Imperatives, procedures and contractual requirements.

Proficient and experience in SAP system with experience with Requisition to Pay (RtP) process. You will provide timely report generation, and necessary escalation to ensure project planning is per schedule.

What You Will Do

Transacting payment request per contract obligation i.e. payment milestone for land related (lease or purchase) as well as Business Development Fund (BDF) worth up to 10-15Mil USD annually.

Manage, coordinate and track progress and reporting action updates to Finance for Asset under Construction (AuC) & refundable deposits.

Management of RtP processes which include diligent processing of workflow to ensure Payment of Time (PoT) and creation of PR/PO and performing service entry accordingly.

Manage and coordinate end-to-end payment including FI and cheque payment for disposal proceeds by following the processes, adhering to timelines, with close follow up/updates with all stakeholders.

Vendor management in GSAP which includes vendor creation for BDF management, extension of vendor code and company code.

Track and analyze contract OPEX spending using GSAP reporting.

Provide general administrative support for Network Team which include mailing management for local and international delivery, stationeries, training & group meeting facilities and logistics arrangement, where applicable Functional Competencies.

What You Need:

A diploma or degree with at least 1 year of corporate experience using SAP and other relevant skills.

Skills and experience in handling SAP system.

Competent in Ms Excel/spreadsheet data churning and ability to process data into meaningful input/output.

Knowledgeable in Requisition to Pay (RtP) process.

Strong ability as a team player whereby you will require good coordination skills between various functions and departments.

Excellent communicator in English.
