They are seeking 2 Talent Acquisition Specialist experienced in end-to-end hiring topics with expertise in both IT and non-IT requisitions with strong people and partnering skills!

What This Role Involves:

You will handle full spectrum of TA independently and also to stand in for the Manager when necessary.

You will ensure that the end-to-end hiring meets the agreed service levels and timelines including providing relevant TA administrative support (vendor invoice verification, new hire induction, reports, etc).

Develop and implement innovative, creative, and pro-active strategies for recruiting diverse talents into the organization.

Liaise and work cooperatively with all the members of the HR team to develop and apply appropriate talent acquisition strategies, and implementation and administration of recruitment programs.

Develop strong relationships and partnership with external and internal stakeholders including but not limited to Hiring Managers, Business Leaders and team members.

Work with hiring manager(s) and appropriate stake-holders to determine accelerate the closure of the hiring requirements and make appropriate recommendations based on your inter-action with the candidates. Utilize available sourcing channels and leverage on other appropriate channels available in the market.

Maintain consistent standards for all applicants and ensures compliance with all local rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting, support the team or other team on specific project based hiring requirements, and ensure the use of appropriate and effective hiring channels.

What You Need:

Degree in Human Resource Management/ Development, Business Administration or equivalent.

At least 7 years of relevant working experience from end to end TA roles, with at least 2-3 years in AM or Senior role.

Prior experience in supervisory role and cross cultural working environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated, determination, result and customer orientated.

Good analytical and presentation skills, with strong knowledge of HR rules, regulations and benefits schemes.

Sensitive to and ability to meet tight deadline, with strong Ms Excel (intermediate stage) skills.
