OUR CLIENT is a highly rated polished all-suite hotel with features such as an outdoor infinity pool, a trendy cafe & rooftop rainforest garden. In this exciting role, you will assist in the development and deployment of marketing and communications strategies and initiatives at the property level. Handle media visits and enquires, site tours, oversee filming and photo shoot activity as it relates to marketing and communications. Execute and participate in promotional and marketing efforts. Support the development and maintenance all hotel collateral, communications, partnerships, co-marketing to promote the hotel in a unique and varied role.

Compulsory experience

At least 2 - 3 years’ professional experience managing social media platforms with experience in photography or media art.

What You Will Do

Spearhead the creation of all marketing material– (Guest & Internal i.e. Menus, leaflets, in room etc.) and manage the production of all hotel and sales team collateral, branding and logo items ensuring all branding and company guidelines are followed.

Assist and managing coordination of marketing campaigns with sales and other hotel activities and brand activities.

Support Management in maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant hotel departments are kept informed of marketing/communications objectives and initiatives.

Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of marketing communications/campaigns.

Photograph guest experiences from time to time for the purposes of marketing and promotion on social media platforms.

Monitoring all hotel social media channel and support building social media presence & relevance + a network of digital influencer – Instagram, Tik-Tok, relevant blogs and other social media channels.

Maintain documents, files, and listings up-to-date and performs duties in the most efficient manner.

What You Need:

Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferable, with at least 2 - 3 years’ experience in similar role.

Experienced in photography or media art.

Creative with hands-on experience with design software (Canva) for purposes of creating/editing hotel collaterals.

Outstanding writing, editing and oral communication skills both in English (priority) and secondary languages (Bahasa Malaysia).

Highly experienced and up to date with engagement/marketing campaigns on social media.

Ability to prioritize, organize work assignments and follow-up, and detail oriented.
