What this role involves:

The Transport Admin is responsible for managing the administration in a transport office/department.

You will be responsible for dealing with the day-to-day transport inquiries and administration, dealing with all telephone inquiries from both internal and external sources, complaint handling, data entry, dispatching, order processing, filing and delivery scheduling. You shall also provide support to the transport manager as and when required.​

What you need:

Minimum Diploma in relevant industry or commensurate with experience..

Preferably at least 2 years experience.

English Language (spoken & written).

Additional advantage for those with prior experience in logistics scheduling and/or trucking/shipping operations.

Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.​

Up to RM 2,600 + Overtime Claims

40 hours spread over 5 days a week.
