Through their collaboration with parent company in Oman, they are armed with technical support and knowledge to raise standards and remain as one of the leading players in the industry.

What This Role Involves:

B2B Networking: Promoting the company’s energy solutions & services to a wide
variety of industries & commercial businesses through cold-call. Deliver prepared
sales scripts – from greeting to describing the product and services.

Industry Canvasing: Searching & collating potential prospects & key industries.
Prepare and update daily cold-call plan, status, customer information, customer’s
product information and other related information.

Segmenting leads: Categorizing prospects by industry, current supplier, usage, product type, region, etc.

Work closely with sales team: Update all potential leads to the template and send to sales team. Keeping track of progress on the leads that were handed over to sales team by weekly. Update all status accordingly until the lead is closed.

Weekly report: Provide updates & status on potential leads.

Sales script: Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific business and industry.

To overall generate brand and product awareness among retailers and local businesses.

What You Need:

Candidate must possess at least SPM certificate or Diploma in any field of study.

Candidate must ideally have at least 2 years of working experience in telemarketing (Preferable B2B industry).

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Ability to think independently and possess a positive attitude with minimum supervision.

Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Fluency in Mandarin is a plus to address certain customer segments).

Personal drive in achieving sales target assigned
