Compulsory experience

At least 5 years of HR & Payroll administration experience, preferably in shared service centre/outsourcing with excellent statutory knowledge of multiple countries across APAC (major: Malaysia, minor: others).

What You Will Do

Provide guidance to the team members and act as a role model for team members and coach and develop individuals to ensure they reach their maximum potential.

Accountable for achieving the HR related target Monthly Performance Indicators (MIPs), operational level agreements and service levels to the customers.

Identify potential areas of improvement and recommend solution to Team Manager and contribute to the refinement of service level agreement and operating level agreements for the services provided.

Plan resources within the team to deliver assigned transition and operations duties in adherence to monthly service levels, escalating insufficient / excess manpower situations to the Function Lead/Senior Function Lead. Monitor and schedule staff leave / absences during peak processing periods / festive holidays. Determine job rotation structure
amongst the team members .

Assign operational tasks to team members appropriately according to working level’s Key Performance Indicators metrics, constantly evaluate and communicate expectations to team member.

Develop staff capability, knowledge, skills and understanding of the Division HR operations and business needs.

Maintain transparent communication channel by reporting operational updates and issues to Function Lead/Senior Function Lead.

What You Need:

Degree Holder or equivalent by experience, preferable Degree in the following fields; HR, Mathematics, Economics, Business Highly experience with ability to support team in execution of both standard and non-standard transactional tasks.

Minimum 5 years of HR & Payroll Administration experience, preferably with work experience in a shared service centre/outsourcing and possess teamwork and leadership qualities to lead a work group of about 5 people.

Excellent technical and functional grasp of knowledge of HR process,
employee life cycle and payroll processing and understands the inter-dependencies, interfaces and touch points of HR
data/process.

Good knowledge in multiple HRIS system and computing tools including
Words, Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent statutory knowledge of multiple countries across APAC.

Experience in generating & customizing reports, and systematic with ability to initiate improvement & driving HR initiatives.
