Highly competent and Subject Matter Expert in SAP SD with at least 10 years’ relevant experience.

About the Client:

The Senior SAP SD Consultant will play an integral part in formulating and delivering solutions and operational enhancements, working directly with various business partners, IT leadership and external service providers to deliver value to our Client business.

What This Role Involves:

Process harmonization and standardization within respective business domain.

Identifying the operational difficulties that the staff face in their daily operations.

Apply technical SAP expertise, with strong knowledge of Order to Cash processes, to design, build, optimize and support solutions in the areas of sales order management, stock transport orders, inbound purchase orders, Available to Promise, inventory management, billing, import and export processes and documentation, idoc management.

Ownership and maintenance of SAP master data related to vendors.

Manage relationship with external service providers for solution delivery and application support.

Documenting, supervising and monitoring details of AS IS business processes.

Review & approve TO BE business process documentation and identifying gaps.

What You Need:

BSc/BA in Computer Science or Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP SD and SAP environment.

Demonstrated ability to analyze and support systems, as well as partner with technical team to design and implement.

Ability to organize, prioritize, follow-up and ensure execution of multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Hands-on experience in topics that require SAP SD expertise, including business requirements analysis, issue trouble-shooting, root-cause analysis, business process optimization, integration topics, cross-functional projects, end-user training, translating requirements into technical solutions, and providing cost-benefit analysis and estimates.

Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).

Open to Malaysian & Malaysian PR candidates.
