Our Client is a Global IT & Business Hub supporting an international logistic company. We are looking for a Senior SAP Support Specialist (FICO) to join Solution Support that provides IT support to solutions that have been developed to enable the business processes to strive and contribute towards continuously improving performance to ensure a competitive position for the company.

Experience performing L2 application support in SAP, particularly in SAP FICO.

What You Will Do

You will need to provide application support and deployment services to the users within the group and enable the required processes needed for the business to be successful.

You are required to provide L2 support to support multiple SAP services - and non-SAP service which support banks interface processes. You will need to ensure maximum availability and minimal disruption to business continuity in order to meet all agreed targets, SLA's, and metrics.

You have to act as multiple services SME, handle main projects & explore the latest SAP technology.

You are required to continuously identify any area of improvement for the team to work efficiently to make our partner more successful.

You will also need to deal with people both on a business level and IT level and act as the technical point of contact to resolve their application and systems disruptive issues.

You will need to be proactively looking for continuous improvement ideas to raise the service quality, and perform proper problem management with the aim of eliminating the recurrence issues.

Some of the applications that you will use include: SAP ERP (HCM, FIN, Operations), SAP SRM, SAP CRM, SAP SCM, SAP Portal

What You Need:

You will need a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience.

5 years working experience in performing L2 application support in SAP, particularly in SAP FICO.

Strong incident management process and good team spirit.

Must be able to provide 24x7 on-call support on a rotational basis during the weekend and also prepare to work during public holidays.

Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work conceptually, with strong customers and end- users focus.

Open to expatriates currently located in Malaysia!
