What You Will Do

As Senior Analyst, Change Management, you will produce weekly change report and maintain a forward schedule of changes. You will work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan, establish and maintain effective partnerships with the wider teams, Project portfolio, frontline execution teams, and all areas of the customer’s business. You will enforce and communicate any change control freeze period, and assist the Change Lead with the end to end Change Management strategy, planning, and governance.

Submit and review RFC’s to ensure the change process is adhered to and quality is maintained and manage procedural documentation and change request artifacts, and administer and support usage of Change Management tools and applications.

Escalate changes that don’t meet lead times for authorization or are not approved within a specific period, and monitor the effectiveness of the Change Management process and make recommendations for improvement.

Identify and communicate failed or unauthorized production changes, and participate in internal and external audits as required. Follow-up with change owners post change implementation windows for non-adherence to the change completion process and ensure no adverse effects on services or the business particularly with failed changes as reported through daily operation reports and meetings.

Apply a structured change management approach and methodology to Change Control initiatives. Submit, review, approve or reject change requests based on their adherence to documented Change Management policies.

Assess the risk and impact of the request for change prior to implementation to ensure the business is not affected by inadequately planned changes.

Manage post change implementation sign-off to ensure changes are closed and report on changes not successfully implemented. Ensure process adoption and compliance through communication and training.

What You Need:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in ITSM Change Management Role and ITIL V3 Certification.

Project Management experience and experience in negotiating with key stakeholders to achieve a win-win situation.

Knowledge of ISO 20000 (Service Management System).

Business maturity, rapport, credibility and dependability dealing with Client management.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion.

Advanced verbal communication skills & extensive Conflict Management skills.
