Our Client is a Regional Delivery Centre (RDC) to Multinational Telco and is looking for a dynamic RDC PMO to provide PMO services and support to Business project teams, delivering Portfolio Management, governance and operational project support. The RDC PMO provides consolidated reporting to Portfolio Managers (weekly and monthly) as well as conducting Portfolio reviews in order to identify any knowledge gaps or discrepancies for individual Projects within a Portfolio.
The RDC PMO team also review and monitor the processes involved in supporting the management of a Project, Program or Portfolio. The team utilizes 4governance processes, practices and tools established by ePMO and provides administrative support for the delivery of the project within various Programs or Portfolios.

Critical responsibility of this role is to provide project administrative support to the PMO/Delivery Central/Portfolio Managers in larger cross-functional projects/programs which includes setting up and managing support functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, quality management and communication.

What You Will Do

Providing consultative services (help, guide and advice) to the project community, and ensure that the program/project(s) is delivered on time, to budget and to the quality standard within agreed specifications.

Defining requirements at difference level of governance and structure at the beginning of every new projects for effective management.

Evaluate and help to implement process improvements to improve portfolio/project workflow and more effective delivery.

Monitors the delivery of business objectives and client experience for PMO services & develop standard and consistence template and procedure in compliance with the PMO framework and processes.

Evaluate and initiate review to ensure standard meet best practice, and compile, consolidate information, educate and bring awareness to stakeholders i.e. Project Management and ICS Community. You will also participate in the development of RDC PMO that may consist of a variety of innovation challenges including new business and process creation.

Your role will cover five (5) major topics:
- Governance & Communications
- Finance & Resource Management
- Monitoring & Controlling
- Analytics & Insights
- Documentation Control & Administering PMO Tools

What You Need:

A degree or diploma or equivalent in Telecommunications, ICT, Computer Science, E&E, business management.

At least 2-3 years of project management experience.

Hands-on experience in project/portfolio resource planning, reporting, prioritization, and budgeting.

Excellent command of verbal and written communication for all levels of stakeholders.

Exposure and reasonably proficient in: Microsoft Excel, Words, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, SAP.

Added advantages: CCNA, ITIL, CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2
