Our Client is a European based project & technology led multinational organisation.

Must have skill(s) :

At least 10 years of experience in MSCRM and knowledgeable and up-to-date with the latest release of Ms Dynamics CRM 365, ideally in the area of Customer Engagement.

About the Client:

As Lead / Senior Functional or Business Consultants in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, you will to take on and spearhead exciting projects in Malaysia. You will be directly involved and responsible for reviewing client business processes, re-engineering client processes to improve efficiency, and lead many of the functional tasks required for successful CRM implementations. You will work mostly at client sites and be required to travel internationally on a regular basis.

What This Role Involves:

Interact with clients to understand business requirements and demonstrate MSCRM solution capabilities.

Conduct business process analysis and create Fit/Gap report.

Create Solution design to address client business, interface and performance requirements.

Advise on complex MS Dynamics CRM business cases and propose comprehensive solutions based on MS CRM, 3rd parties and customizations.

Create functional requirement and functional design for customizations
and create estimates for implementation tasks.

Provide MS Dynamics SME expertise to client and mentor team members & conduct user and administrator training.

Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing & ensure that projects are completed within time and budget.

What You Need:

Possess at least 10+ years of experience in MSCRM.

Experienced in creating and understanding business flows and knowledgeable and up-to-date with the latest release of Ms Dynamics CRM 365, ideally in the area of Customer Engagement.

Experience with data migration & cloud SaaS such as Azure.

Experience with Scrum (Agile) in multidisciplinary teams.

Excellent command of English with proven analytical & project management skills.

Nice-to-haves: Pulse CX, Quick dimensions, Microsoft NAV / Business Central.

What's On Offer:
