About the Client:
Our Client is an IT Shared Services supporting an international logistic company. As an Infrastructure Engineer, your task is to build and configure new and existing systems with respect to infrastructure and application software standards as part of the implementation process at the Global and Regional level. You will response to and resolution of issues with both the regional and global infrastructure server environment setup hosted within the ITS and region for the Operating Systems / Hardware / Infrastructure applications to ensure maximum provision of service.
What This Role Involves:

The team provides Infrastructure Build, Data Center Networking and Release To Production Services. You will support, test, maintenance and issues resolution of ITS Private Cloud globally for infrastructure and Company users.

Provide 2nd level support of ITS Private Cloud environment.

Provide end-user operations support and troubleshooting of ITS Private Cloud environment.

TAT testing of new or updated ITS Private Cloud offerings and integrations.

Implementation of infrastructure routine tasks.

Support end-users and internal teams for project delivery.

Coordinate delivery of ITS Private Cloud content with other involved teams.
What You Need:

3–5 years working experience operating systems Linux, Windows and Databases.

General knowledge of VMware virtual platform and cloud platform.
-
Experience in IT operations department & in computing environment preferable.

Must be able to provide 24x7 on-call support on a rotational basis during the weekend and also prepare to work during public holidays.

Results-oriented and driven by goal achievement with a strong focus on high quality.

Must be experienced in implementing, supporting and managing large enterprise systems is essential.
