About the Client:

Our Client is an APAC Shared Services Centre supporting operations of one of the biggest Oil & Gas company in world. They are looking for two (2) HR Associates to join their HR Operations to support their Singapore operations. This opportunity is also opened to high caliber fresh graduates.

What This Role Involves:

You will be part of the Singapore Operations Team where you will be involved in execution of complex Local HR Processes, in line with existing Company policies and procedures.

You shall ensure high quality data management in SAP System, and documentation including on-going support to employees.

You will use the EIC (Employee Interaction Centre) tool to log queries and updates, create tickets and ensure closure of tickets, and Work in Progress (WIP) management, keeping customers updated on latest case statuses, and take ownership of end-to-end processes and escalating complex queries to senior advisors and subject matter experts (SME) and policy teams.

You will get a change to work with global HR Business Partners, HR in the Country, Employees, and Line Managers, as required in order to resolve cases.

You will build partnerships with HR Partners by clarifying policies and procedures, giving and asking for updates on case status, gathering missing data necessary for case processing.

You will identify best practices and knowledge sharing, and providing input for Knowledge Management within the team (including creation and ownership of documentation/job aids).

Share best practices within the team, striving for continual improvement in service delivery, and participating in improvement initiatives.

What You Need:

Tertiary education - preferably at least a diploma in HR or Business Administration.

Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).

Possess a service excellence mindset and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Previous experience in Shared Service, Call Centre, Service environment and multicultural / multinational companies an added advantage.

Stakeholder management skills and experience in change management an added advantage.

High caliber fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

Up to RM 3, 500 per month + Overtime allowances
